Solicitation Summary

The intent of this solicitation is to relocate fourteen (14) portable classrooms from Oakdale Elementary School that are no longer required due to the opening of Linganore Creek Elementary School. The portables will be moved to Tuscarora Elementary School, Orchard Grove Elementary School, and Walkersville High School to replace aging units, not to increase overall classroom capacity. All relocated portables will include enclosed transition areas connecting them to the main school buildings to enhance convenience and student safety.
