This notice does NOT constitute a request for proposal, request for quote, or invitation for bid. The intent of this notice is to identify potential offerors for market research purposes and determining whether to set-aside the requirement for small businesses.
The contractor shall provide all labor, management, supervision, tools, material, and equipment required to perform annual maintenance and functional/operational tests of leak detection and monitoring systems for storage tanks and repair work of the storage tank systems and leak detection monitoring systems to maintain compliance with Government regulations. All services are to be performed primarily on the island of Oahu and other areas within NAVFAC Hawaii. See attached Sources Sought Questionnaire for general scope of work.
The contract term will be a base period of one year, four option periods of one year and one option period of six months. The total term of the contract, including all options, will not exceed 66 months. The Government will not synopsize the options when exercised.

NAICS Code: 541380; annual size standard is $19,000,000.
