The purpose of this sources sought notice is to gain knowledge of qualified potential contractors and their socio-economic size classification in accordance with NAICS code 339113.

General Equipment Name: Xcellerate
Description: Lyophilized Amniotic Membrane. Used for closure of chronic and surgical wounds, such as diabetic foot ulcers, venous leg ulcers, pressure wounds, and remodeling of surgical/reconstructive wounds.
Salient Characteristics (at least 5), The item must: be/ have/ do these things:
Must be opaque.
Must be flexible.
Must have outer basement membrane.
Must be made of an extracellular matrix.
Must not require hydration.
Must provide optimal preservation of ECM.
