Summary

The City of Pembroke Pines is seeking bids from qualified firms, hereinafter referred to as the Contractor, to resurface the bay of Fire Department Station 99 and install epoxy quartz flooring, in accordance with the terms, conditions, and specifications contained in this solicitation.

The project includes substrate preparation, patching cracks and holes, application of a moisture vapor barrier epoxy primer, quartz broadcast coat, second broadcast coat, and grout coat, as well as the installation of an integral cove base.
