Project Description: The project consists of replacing four (4) rooftop HVAC units (RTU) at the 2000 E. 88th Avenue Warehouse, including structural platform upgrades and sealing of duct penetrations. A new Siemens Direct Digital Control system (DDC) panel will be installed and integrated with the new RTUS, while existing VAV controls will remain under the base bid. The additive alternates provide options for replacing VAV boxes and coils and integrating them into the DDC. Electrical Work will include all necessary provisions for the new RTUS and DDC panel.
