The contracted supplier shall be responsible for:
- Supplying Automotive Diesel Oil S10 in compliance with the specifications of the ANP – National Agency of Petroleum, Natural Gas and Biofuels of Brazil.
- Delivering 15,000 liters of Diesel S10 per order, with the possibility of additional volumes to complete the 30,000-liter tank capacity, if required.
- Ensuring that the fuel is free of impurities, water, and contaminants.
- Transporting and unloading the product directly into the Embassy’s tank, using a delivery truck fully compliant with Brazilian safety standards and ANTT regulations.
- Providing a qualified driver and technical personnel responsible for safely conducting all unloading operations within Embassy premises.
- Completing tank refills as requested by the institution, upon prior notification.
- Issuing an invoice and certificate of quality with each delivery.
