Description

The Embassy of the United States of America in Paris intends to issue a request for quotation (RFQ) for the insurance of U.S. Government leased and owned apartment in France from January 1 to December 31, 2026. Please note this solicitation is not ready to be issued as of this date.



The Embassy of the United States of America in Paris, France will launch the solicitation on the SAM.gov website when it is avaiable.



Please note that the list of the apartments with locations and surfaces will be on a separate attachment and will not be posted on SAM.gov with the solicitation. It will only be released to the companies asking for the soliciation package by email to ParisContracting@state.gov and after these companies have been cleared by the Embassy Security Office.



The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion.



The resultant contract will be a Firm Fixed Price contract.



All contractors have to be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov prior to submitting an offer pursuant to FAR provision 52.2024-7. Therefore, prospective offerors are encouraged to register prior to the submittal of quotations/proposals. The guidelines for registration in SAM are avaiable at: https://www.sam.gov.
