Replace existing outdoor boiler with new 500 MBH outdoor boiler. 3. Provide new pumps, VFD’s, ductwork and piping inside of mechanical room. 4. Clean existing ductwork outside of mechanical room. 5. Provide pre-construction and post-construction test and balance. 6. Control new system via new controllers and new jace. 7. Add Alternate #1: Replace all medium pressure ductwork up to existing VAV terminals. 8. Add Alternate #2: Replace all medium pressure ductwork and replace existing VAV terminals. Replace all existing hot water piping. |
