The Village of Western Springs, Cook County, Illinois, does hereby invite sealed bids for the Forest Hills Neighborhood Sidewalk Project.
Bids will be received until 10:00 A.M. (Prevailing Local Time) on the 2nd Day of April 2025 by mail or hand-delivered to the Village Clerk’s office, Village of Western Springs, 740 Hillgrove Avenue, Western Springs, Illinois, 60558-0528. Immediately thereafter, all bids will be publicly opened and read. Contract plans, specifications, and proposal forms will be available electronically for a $22 fee on QuestCDN #9592837 at

Work includes public sidewalk installation, ADA ramps, concrete driveway replacement, concrete roadway and parkway/landscaping restoration.
