Place of Performance:
Work will consist of Providing all labor, materials, tools and other equipment necessary for the removal of the existing fire and intrusion alarm systems from five buildings and the installation of new wireless fire and intrusion alarm systems. Work anticipated to being in July 2025.

TYPE OF CONTRACT: This will be a firm-fixed price contract
Construction Wage Rate Requirements for Montgomery County, OH will apply.
