NOTICE: This document is issued as a Draft Solicitation Notice solely to provide industry with advance awareness of the Government’s anticipated requirements. It is provided for Phase I of this Two-Phase Design-Build Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity Single Award Task Order Contract (SATOC) for informational and planning purposes only.

The Phase I submission deadline will not change as a result of this release. All official submission dates, deadlines, and timeframes identified in the solicitation will remain as stated and will not be revised due to this release.
