Suppliers must submit a per year fee proposal/bid for 3 years of Website Hosting for all services listed in the Scope of Work. Minimum 3 years experience in Website Hosting Scope of Work: Secure Website Hosting Server Space Allocation Plugin and CMS Core Updates performed monthly to maintain site functionality and security Unlimited Basic Content and Page Edits, such as text or image changes Uptime Monitoring with alerts and interventions for outages or unexpected downtime 12-24 Hour Turnaround on standard update requests during business hours 8AM – 4PM 12-24 Hour Turnaround on service inquiries Weekly Backups with 12-week retention and restoration support upon request SSL Certificate Management, including renewals and security monitoring Site Speed Monitoring No Subcontracting of Services - No Subcontractors
