Shea Boulevard Widening – Palisades Boulevard to Fountain Hills Boulevard

The Town of Fountain Hills (the “Town”) is issuing this Invitation for Bid (this “IFB”) from qualified, licensed firms (“Vendors”) as more particularly described in the Scope of Work . In accordance with the Town’s Procurement Code, the Town will accept sealed bids for the Goods/Services specified in the Scope of Work .

The Shea Boulevard Widening Project between Palisades Boulevard and Fountain Hills Boulevard involves expanding the south side of Shea Boulevard to accommodate an additional eastbound lane. The project will generally include earthwork, asphalt paving, concrete flatwork, drainage improvements, erosion protection (which may include retaining walls), pavement striping, signage, landscaping, and other necessary incidental work. Work shall be constructed in accordance with MAG & ADOT Details and Specifications. This project is part of the Arterial Life Cycle Program (ALCP) maintained by the Maricopa Association of Governments (MAG) and is partially funded by the Proposition 400 program.
