Project Description: The purpose of this solicitation is to enter into a contract with a qualified supplier to provide professional online auction services relating to the sale of delinquent tax liens for the Pinal County Treasurer’s Office. Arizona Revised Statutes (A.R.S.), charges the Pinal County Treasurer’s Office with the statutory duty to provide for the sale of delinquent tax liens. However, the statutes do not specify the method by which the Treasurer is to accomplish the sale. For the past 19 years the sale has been conducted online via an internet auction.
