Westmoreland Transit Bus Wash Rehabilitation

Project Description: Notice is hereby given, Westmoreland Transit (WT), is soliciting bids for proposed bus wash rehab work at their operations facility located at 1823 Sheridan Road, Jeannette, PA 15644.
Bid Documents are available beginning July 06, 2026 through PennBid’s website using the project title “Westmoreland Transit Bus Wash Rehab”.
Bid packages will be received for the following contracts:
Contract No. 2026-1.01 – General Construction
Contract No. 2026-1.02 – Mechanical Construction
Contract No. 2026-1.03 – Electrical Construction
The deadline for bid submissions is 2:00pm local time on August 12, 2026. Limited bid information will be publicly available at this time and date. Once reviewed for completeness, full bid information will be available on PennBid. A NON-MANDATORY PRE-BID meeting will be held at the project site on July 22, 2026, at 1:00pm local time.
WT encourages the use of Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) in all contracts.
Federal Davis Bacon Wage Rates are required for this project.
WT reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
