Replacement of 12” Plug valves (Discharge side), 16” Plug valves (Suction side), and 12” Check Valves at Lift Stations 40 and 41. Lift Station 40 and 41 each have three (3) pumps in which the aforementioned isolation valving will need replacement. The project also includes an alternate to replace the 12” Plug Valves (Discharge side) and 16” Plug Valves (Suction side) at Lift Station 15. Lift Station 15 has two (2) pumps in which the aforementioned isolation valving needs replaced.

Additional Notes/Requirements
Pre-Bid Conference: Attendance at the MANDATORY Pre-Bid Conference is required in
order for a General Contractor to submit a bid on this Project. The Pre-Bid Conference will
be held at the Council Chamber of City Hall, 2201 University Boulevard, on Wednesday,
June 18, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. local time.
