FY24/25 Naval Aviation North Stars Enterprise-Wide Broad Agency Announcement (BAA)

The Government is interested in receiving white papers for research and development, which may include but is not limited to, rapid prototyping, demonstration, and experimentation projects that offer potential for advancements and improvements in Integrated Warfighting Capability across the Naval Aviation Mission Areas supporting Naval Operations and as applicable to Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) and subordinate Commands.

This Naval Aviation North Stars Enterprise-Wide BAA will supersede and incorporate the Digital BAA topics in N68335-24-S-0001.

Update as of 02 June 2025: Interested parties are hereby notified that a new Naval Aviation North Stars Enterprise-Wide Broad Agency Announcement (BAA) is entering the planning stages for posting to SAM.gov before 04 September 2025. The updated announcement is intended to serve as a follow-on to the current BAA, N00019-24-S-0001, with additional flexibility, increased areas of interest, and lessons learned.
