Project Description: The project consists of the construction of a new residuals bypass pipeline, mechanical upgrades to the Sludge Pump Station, installation of variable frequency drives, a new electrical building with a motor control center (MCC), HVAC improvements, and replacement of the site transformer. Additional improvements include new flowmeter controls, irrigation and landscaping enhancements, and security upgrades at the North Berry Road gate. Modifications to the existing clearwells are also included as additive alternates. Volumes 1, 2, & 3 Specifications, Drawings, and Bid Proposal Spreadsheet will be uploaded Friday May 29, 2026.
