1. This RFQ is open only to those Prequalified Parties who have received notification from The City prior to Submission Deadline that they are Prequalified for Prime Contractor for Safety status in the following category or categories: Road Construction C7000000 or Bridge Rehabilitation C7300103 (includes Expansion joint replacement C7300106).
2. This Project consists of the construction of updated walking, wheeling, driving, and public transit connections throughout the 26 Avenue SW corridor from 37 Street SW and 14 Street SW.
3. This procurement process is not intended to create, and, will not create, a formal, legally binding bidding process. It will instead be governed by the law applicable to direct commercial negotiations.
4. Scheduled operational date is June 30, 2028.
