The University of South Carolina is seeking additional bona fide quotes (COTS) per S.C. Code Ann. ยง11-35-1550 for Instructional Supplies to provide program-wide Pyramid Model (PM) implementation sites classroom kits to support their integration of PM practices in their programs.
