Solicitation Description:

The City of San Antonio (City), Public Works Department (PWD) isissuing a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) seeking Statement of Qualifications(SOQ) from qualified firms (Respondents) to provide Plans, Specifications,& Estimates PS&E and environmental support services for the MarketStreet Cycle Track (South Flores to IH 37). Through this solicitation, theCity’s intents to select one firm for engineering design and constructionadministration services for this Project.

The contract duration is throughout the project completion. TheRespondent understands and agrees that contract time for design will benegotiated prior to award, with the anticipation of an approximate 12-monthdesign phase. The not-to-exceed contract value is $1,300,000.
