Description
Oregon State University intends to contract for the provision of Annual Reviews web subscription services from Orbis Cascade Alliance as a sole source because of the contractor being the single provider of the goods and/or services. OSU is a member of the Orbis Cascade Alliance who purchases access Annual Reviews web subscription services for 49 journals in the Biomedical, Life, Physical and Social Sciences for members. OSU Libraries purchases access to content from Orbis Cascade Alliance who coordinates agreement terms and renewal processes for the acquisition of library content. An entity may appeal this determination in accordance with OSU Standard 03-010. Section 5.17 no later than the closing date indicated on the website.
