Pos 1. Compensator DN 2000, 3 pcs

Compensator for installation between mixing pipe and SCR catalyst.

DN 2000 (78 8/16"), installation length 1100 mm (43 5/16"), not pre-stressed.

Central pipe and multi-layer bellows made of material 1.4571 (or 316Ti / ASME AS 240ASTM A 240), connected by up-weld seam (no rolling seams), with swivel flanges on both sides according to DIN 86044-1, both flanges made of material 1.4571 (or 316Ti / ASME AS 240ASTM A 240).

Formation of steam bubbles between the bellow layers must be avoided by a suitable measure, e.g., a relief hole in the outer layer.

Movement:

* Axial - 140 mm (5 1/2")

* Lateral +/- 10 mm (7/16")

* Angular 0 degrees

Load change 1000 cycles

Temperature 530 degreesC, medium exhaust gas from natural gas, MDA, MDB, MGO, or HFO.

Exhaust gas velocity: approx. 25 m/s (100% engine load)

Operating pressure up to 0.49 barg
