Solicitation Document Description: This is a request for tender to procure a contractor for the Elie Wiesel Park Improvements. The scope of work includes a new playground, basketball court, fitness area, seating area, pathways, and drainage control measures.
Specific Conditions for Procurement: 2.        Mandatory Qualification Requirements
a.        Occupational Health and Safety Management System (OHSMS) certification
Applicable Trade Agreement: Chapter 19 of Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA)
Chapter 5 of Canada Free Trade Agreement (CFTA)
Pre-Bid Meeting: Optional Site Meeting June 11, 2025, 10:00 am

All Suppliers are encouraged to attend an optional site meeting to familiarize themselves with the Project and ascertain the full extent of the Work required. The optional site meeting will take place at 10AM local time on June 11, 2025 at 30 Palm Dr, North York, ON M3H 2B5 (by the playground) Toronto.

All Suppliers are encouraged to attend an optional meeting to familiarize themselves with the required Deliverables.

City representative will meet the suppliers at the designated addresses.

Questions may be asked at the site meeting; however, they are not considered part of an official record and have no bearing on the terms of the contract unless they are submitted in writing to the City. A record of questions and answers from emails as deemed will be distributed in the form of an addendum and posted on the City's online call documents system.
