INTEGRATED LIFECYCLE SUSTAINMENT AND DEPOT LEVEL REPAIR



Advance Notice/Pre-Solicitation



Naval Surface Warfare Center, Port Hueneme Division plans to issue a solicitation to support integrated lifecycle sustainment and depot-level repair. Lifecycle support for equipment and systems spans several phases: acquisition, development, deployment, operations and maintenance, modernization, and retirement. Depot-level repair addresses more complex issues by offering comprehensive repairs and overhauls that go beyond routine maintenance.



Based on responses received to a sources sought notice issued on 17 December 2024, the Government plans to competitively solicit this as a small business set-aside. The contemplated contract is planned to be solicited and awarded in SPS, and will include cost-plus-fixed-fee term line items for labor and cost-only line items for other direct costs. The anticipated performance period will consist of one 12-month base period and four 12-month option periods.



The Government anticipates the following milestone dates:



Planned Solicitation Issue date: 17 June 2025



Planned Proposal due date: 17 July 2025



Planned Contract award: 25 May 2026



These dates are tentative; therefore, actual dates may vary.
