Scope of Work:
Installation of MMA (Methyl Methacrylate) resin system on floors and walls in restrooms A16, A17, A18, A19, B8, B9, C8, C9, D8, D10, K4, K5, K6, K7, K8, M2, M3, M4, and M5. Work includes the removal and disposal of flooring. Remove and reinstall toilet partitions, accessories, plumbing and electrical devices to facilitate resin system installation. Patch drywall and flooring for a smooth and sound surface. Fabricate and install new solid surface counter tops.
Sealed bids for the Replacement of the Restroom Flooring at Alyce Taylor Elementary School will be received by the Washoe County School District’s (WCSD) Purchasing Department located at the Brown Center 14101 Old Virginia Road, Room #0, Reno, NV 89521, until 2:00 p.m., (Local Time) on February 11, 2026. The bids will be opened publicly via a TEAMS Meeting at 2:30 pm (local time).
