Invitation to Bid (ITB) 2026-1000-0308 Subdivision Clean-Up
Addendum 1: Serves to answer vendors questions. All other terms and conditions of the ITB remain the same.
PURPOSE: The Department of Natural Resources, Division of Mining, Land and Water (DMLW) is soliciting bids forthe clean-up of three parcels that have returned to state ownership. The cleanup includes the removal of junk cars, structures, miscellaneous junk, trash, and other debris at locations ADL 229626, ADL 216346, and ADL 62484, which are located between Wasilla and Houston, AK. All Plats and map are attached to this solicitation as well as being located at the end of the attached ITB.
ADA: The State of Alaska complies with Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act. Bidders who need auxiliary aids or services to participate in this procurement must contact the Procurement Officer no later than 10 days before bids are due.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: If you received this solicitation from the State's Online Public Notices website, you must register with the Procurement Officer listed to receive subsequent addendums. Registration must be in writing and may be made via email to lilly.conducy@alaska.gov . Failure to register with the Procurement Specialist listed may result in the rejection of your bid.
