Software to enable DOGRM personnel to process, track and record up to 600 pieces of certified mail at one time primarily in the unitization program. The software will provide real time tracking of each certified mail item through the U.S. Postal Service and provide electronic receipt signature confirmations. The software will have the ability for single and batch entry for request for electronic return receipt certified number and tracking services.
