Small Kitchen Equipment

The Fort Worth Independent School District is accepting responses from qualified vendors for the purchase of Small Kitchen Equipmenton an "as needed" basis. This Proposal may be awarded to one or multiple vendors by line item as determined to be the best value to Fort Worth Independent School District. FWISD reserves the right to negotiate with any or all respondents and accept or reject any and/or all proposals, to waive any formalities and/or irregularities and to award in the best interest of the District.
All vendors supplying prices shall be established vendors whose primary business is to provide Small Kitchen equipment for commercial food preparation.

Prices, once awarded, must be firm during the period of performance. However, suppliers may request a price adjustment due to manufacturer price increases. Any adjustments must be submitted in writing within 30 days of the manufacture price increase.
Bidders are required to read the requirements thoroughly and note any exceptions in their proposal.
