NOTICE TO BIDDERS AND/OR PROPOSERS

SEALED BIDS will be received by the City of Durant, in the office of the City Clerk, Durant City Hall,
Room 100, at 300 West Evergreen, Durant, Oklahoma 74701 until Friday, August 7th, 2026, at 11:00
am, at which time and place the sealed bid proposals will be publicly opened and read aloud. Any bids
received after the above stated time will be returned unopened. All interested persons may attend. The
City reserves the right to accept, reject, cancel or modify any bid or proposal, waive all formalities, and to
award the bid most advantageous to the City.

THE PROPOSED WORK includes:
? Installation of an Access Road and Utility Infrastructure (Base Bid)
? Installation of an 80' x 75' Hangar and Associated Infrastructure (Base Bid)
? Installation of an Additional 80' x 75' Hangar and Associated Infrastructure (Additive Alternate)
System for Award Management (SAM) registration and a Unique Entity Identifier number is required for
Prime contractors in order to be awarded contracts funded by the Federal Aviation Administration. Prior to
bidding, vendors must obtain a 12-character alpha-numeric UEI number and complete
SAM.gov
registration through
https://sam.gov/content/entity-registration
. Proof of registration and UEI number must
be provided in the bid submission.
Plans, specifications and bidding documents may be viewed at the office of the Airport Manager, Durant
Regional Airport, 10 Waldron Road, Durant, OK 74701, and may be viewed and downloaded free of
charge with the option to purchase hard copies at

An optional pre-bid meeting will be held on Tuesday, July 21 st , 2026 at 10:30 am. Meeting will be held at
the Durant Regional Airport Terminal, 10 Waldron Road, Durant, OK 74701. A Teams call in for the
