Description: SUNY Polytechnic Institute is seeking sealed bids from responsible and qualified contractors to provide Transportation Services, equal to or exceeding the attached specifications. Please see the "Documents" tab on this advertisement for the bid documents. All bids must be received by the date and time indicated at the SUNY Polytechnic Institute Business Office located at Kunsela Hall room A226. This procurement is subject to NYS Finance Law ยง 139j & k, also known as the Lobbying Law. Therefore, contractors are cautioned that the only permissible contact for this procurement is the individual listed in this advertisement. Failure to comply with this requirement can range from no contract to debarment from sales to any NYS Agency. Successful contractor shall be required to complete a contract and all related documents, including but not limited to Vendor Responsibility, NYS Finance Law 139 and NYS Tax Law Section 5-a. In addition, the contractor shall be required to submit valid and current NYS Workers' Compensation and Disability Forms.
