Synopsis:
|
|
Emailed Bids will be received by Howes Roof Consultants Inc. for a roof replacement tender. The work includes
removal of approximately 34,000 ft2 of existing roofing on six roof sections. Installation of new roofing components and fully adhered EPDM membrane.
The Work is anticipated to begin in August, 2025 with completion on or before October 31, 2025. In the event that this timeline cannot be met, the work must commence as soon as weather permits in Spring 2026.
A site review of the project for interested, qualified Bidders has been set for 10:00 AM Wednesday, July 9, 2025 at the address below.
