Contractor shall furnish all labor, tools, equipment, materials, supplies, parts, travel, disposal, permits, and incidentals necessary to perform flooring replacement and repair services at nine (9) Caltrans-owned properties; remove and legally dispose of existing laminate, carpet and tile (ceramic and vinyl) and prepare floors to install new waterproof laminate, mid-grade carpet or tile (ceramic and vinyl) floor and related components.
