The Executive Office for United States Attorneys (EOUSA) intends to solicit and award to Abine, Inc, dba DeleteMe, 1 Marina Park Drive, Suite 1410, Boston, MA 02210, under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy the agency requirement.
The EOUSA anticipates award, on a sole source basis, to DeleteMe for their data removal platform. DeleteMe's proprietary discovery engine continuously scans the data broker ecosystem - including people-search sites and publicly accessible aggregators - on an ongoing basis. DeleteMe persistently monitors for data reappearance and automatically reinitiates removals as needed. DeleteMe removes personal data directly at the source - within data broker and people-search platforms - and simultaneously identifies and suppresses personally identifiable information (PII) in search engine results pages (SERPs).
DeleteMe combines automation with a dedicated team of trained Privacy Advisors who perform manual removals, validate takedowns, and conduct ongoing search engine audits. DeleteMe maintains a robust, U.S.-based privacy expert team available to support users and administrators facing harassment, impersonation, doxxing, or organizational threats. DeleteMe provides comprehensive reporting for both users and administrators, enabling visibility into information exposure levels and the status of ongoing mitigation efforts across the organization.
DeleteMe's platform is designed to support complex, multi-division public sector organizations. Key governance and security capabilities include: Centralized Administrative Portal, Role-based access and delegated permission, Comprehensive audit logging, SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001 & NIST 800-53 aligned, and customer data ownership.
The anticipated performance period is a base plus four (4) option years.
This notice is not a request for competitive quotations. A Request for Quote will not be available for this requirement. The intent of this solicitation is for informational purposes only. However, any information received within five days after the date of publication of this notice will be considered by the Government.
