SUBJECT: Sources Sought Notice: High-Altitude Balloon (HAB) Systems, Payloads, and Associated Software

The 921st Contracting Support Battalion is issuing this sources sought as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having an interest in and the resources to support the requirement for High-Altitude Balloon (HAB) hardware, modular payloads, lift-gas equipment, and operational software.
