Bid Type: Job Contract Locations: Lamoille Keywords: Road Construction Bid Description: At-the-Ready List: The Town of Wolcott is creating an emergency event "At-the-Ready" list of qualified contractors to perform road construction work on town roads during and immediately post emergency events. This list complies with FEMA procurement requirements and to meet the town's open and fair Purchasing Policy requirements. Qualified Contractors will be "on the list" for one year and will be contacted for services by the Town during emergency events. Once the list is approved, no additional public advertising is required for emergency related events, and those on the "At-the-Ready" list will be contacted during these events. Instructions: Contractors interested in being called in 2026-2027 for Town roadwork during emergency events and up to three days post-emergency events must complete this form and submit to the Selectboard Admin Assistant by Thursday February 12, 2026 at 3:30 pm to be considered by the Selectboard. Provide an attachment listing available equipment and cost per hour (Type and # of units. For example: two 14yd dump trucks, excavator w/make and model, and 1 grader w/make and model, etc.) as well as a list of labor costs per hour for excavator driver, grade driver, and truck driver.
