- Invitation to Respondents
This Request for Quotations (the “RFQ”) is an invitation by the Coordinating Entity to prospective respondents to submit non-binding quotations for Medical Record Folders & Associated Labels, as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”).
The Coordinating Entity, as identified on the cover page, is issuing this RFQ and administering the RFQ process on behalf of the Purchaser(s) identified in Section B – Material Disclosures of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix D).
The RFQ is to select Supplier(s) to provide Medical Record Folders & Associated Labels to all the Service Delivery Organizations (SDOs) in the province of Manitoba.
The term of the contract is to be for a period of three (3) years, with an option in favour of the Purchaser to extend the contract on the same terms and conditions for one (1) optional term of two (2) years.
