Bids will be opened and read aloud at Keller Town Hall, 1100 Bear Creek Pkwy. Keller, Tx. 76248, Room 106, at 2:00 p.m. (local time) on Wednesday, September 23, 2026. Contract documents and specifications may be examined without charge at the Keller Town Hall, 1100 Bear Creek Parkway, Keller, TX 76248. The plans, specifications, quantities, pre-bid time and date, and other information are available on www.civcastusa.com. No hard copies of the Bidding Documents will be made available. Bidding Documents may be downloaded from www.civcastusa.com. It is the responsibility of the interested party to print the Bidding Documents.
