NOTICE OF CONTRACTOR'S SETTLEMENT

Notice is hereby given that on the 11th day of September, 2026, at Fort Collins, Colorado final

settlement will be made by the County of Larimer with Connell Resources, Inc., 7785 Highland Meadows

Parkway, Suite 100, Fort Collins CO 80528, herein after called the "Contractor" for and on account of

the contract for Bid No. B25-13, Timnath Pedestrian Trail Bridge (MTF C060-089, 23647).

Any person(s), co-partnership, association or corporation having an unpaid claim against said project,

for or on account of the furnishing of labor, material, team hire, sustenance, provisions, provender or

other supplies consumed by such contractor or any of his subcontractors in or about the performance of

said work, may, at any time up to and including said time of final settlement, file a verified statement of

the amount due and unpaid on account of such claim.

All such claims shall be filed with the Larimer County Engineering Department either by email, or

physical mail (USPS mail or courier) as identified below and must be received on or before 4:30 p.m. on

the final settlement date referenced above.

Failure on the part of the creditor to file such statement subsequent to such final settlement will relieve

the County of Larimer from any and all liability for such claim.
