MISD Lawn Maintenance Services

Project Description: Manor Independent School District (“District”) is soliciting proposals from qualified vendors for Lawn Maintenance Services for the larger campuses in our school district.
The proposed service schedule is as follows: Mow/Trim/Blow Only Every 2 Weeks July – December (13 Visits Each Site) for: (1) Blake Manor Elementary (located at 18010 Blake Manor Rd, Manor, TX 78653); (2) Pioneer Crossing Elementary (located at 11300 Samsung Blvd, Austin, TX 78754); (3) Bluebonnet Trail Elementary (located at 11316 Farmhaven Rd, Austin, TX 78754); (4) Decker Elementary School (located at 8500 Decker Ln, Austin, TX 78724); (5) Decker Middle School (located at 8104 Decker Ln, Austin, TX 78724); (6) Oak Meadows Elementary (located at 5600 Decker Ln, Austin, TX 78724); (7) Shadow Glen Elementary (located at 12000 Shadowglen Trace, Manor, TX 78653); (8) Manor Rise Academy (located at 13300 FM973, Manor, TX 78653); (9) Wildhorse Elementary (located at 10400 Wildhorse Ranch Trail, Manor, TX 78653).
Services requested also include weed control treatments. Herbicide Services should include Vegetation Control at Mulch/Decompose Granite Areas.
The District reserves the right to award portions of the work to different vendors, to make an award to a single vendor or to make no award in connection with this solicitation.
