A Mandatory Site Visit will be held at the Clayton County Water Authority Headquarters, located at 1600 Battle Creek Road, Morrow, Georgia 30260 on June 24, 2025 at 11:00 a.m. (local time). Bids will only be accepted from Bidders who attend the Mandatory Site Visit. Vendors must sign in no later than 11:00 a.m. Attendees may park in the Customer Service Parking Lot. All late entries will not be able to sign in.

CCWA encourages Small Local, Minority and Women-Owned businesses to participate and respond to this bid request.

All bids must be received by the CCWA Procurement Department electronically through the Bonfire portal at https://ccwa.bonfirehub.com/ . Upon submission, all responses will be electronically time- and date- stamped once all documents have been successfully uploaded and received.

A hardcopy bid package can also be requested at a cost of $25.
