2026-10 Walker County Courthouse Attic Remediation and Roof Repair

Walker County, Georgia is soliciting proposals from qualified contractors to provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to repair the attic and roof of the Walker County Courthouse, located at 103 S Duke Street in LaFayette, Georgia.

This project consists of attic remediation, structural and masonry repairs, roof system replacement, roof drains and restoration work to address moisture intrusion, mold remediation, structural deficiencies, and restoration of affected interior and exterior building components.

Sealed proposals will be received at the office of Joe Legge, Walker County Government, 101 S Duke St., LaFayette, GA 30728 until 2:00 p.m. local time on June 23, 2026, and then publicly opened and read aloud at said location.

Walker County Government reserves the right to accept or reject any and all proposals, to waive formalities, technicalities or irregularities and to re-advertise if necessary.
