Bids shall be addressed to and received by First Selectman, Bernie Dennler, 127 Norwich Avenue, Suite 201, Colchester, Connecticut 06415 on or before 11:00 a.m.. Tuesday, October 14th 2025. Bids shall be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked, “RFP #2025-006 Youth Center Structural Rehabilitation”. Bid opening shall take place at the Colchester Town Hall, Meeting Room 1, 127 Norwich Avenue, Colchester, CT. 06415 at 11:00 a.m.. Tuesday, October, 14th 2025. A pre-bid conference will be held on Wednesday September 24th, 2025 at 1:00 p.m. at 40 Norwich Ave., Colchester, CT 06415. While attendance at the pre-bid meeting is not required to submit a proposal, it is highly recommended.
