Evaluation of Fleet Vehicle Management and Operations
The University of Alberta (University) currently owns and operates a large and diverse fleet of vehicles serving a myriad of University objectives. The fleet consists of 480+ vehicles and range from sedans, light duty trucks to specialized assets such as snow graders and all-terrain vehicles.
The successful Proponent will perform a detailed Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) and Life Cycle Analysis (LCA) of the existing model currently in use, comparing it with alternate model(s) available, to determine the optimal fiscally responsible and sustainable long-term fleet strategy. The goal is to have a report detailing the financial and operational implications, plus risks and benefits of each option over the asset's full life cycle
