Question: The Cover Page and Project Milestones section list the due date as Wednesday, May 27, but, in the

Instructions section, the due date is listed as Wednesday, May 25. Can you please confirm the submittal date?

Response: The submittal date is May 27, 2026, 5:00 pm EST.

Question: The project milestones show an approximate 8-week timeline from project kick-off to presenting

results to the Finance Committee. Achieving this schedule will depend upon prompt delivery of requested data

and responses to project questions. Is there flexibility in the final result presentation if this process encounters

unexpected delays in data gathering or coordination with City staff?

Response: The project team maintains the goal of presenting results to the Finance Committee on August

11. If there are unexpected delays and both the project team and the consultant agree on a new

presentation date, it could then be adjusted.

Question: Would the cover page, cover letter, and table of contents count toward the page limit?

Response: No.

Question: May we submit a link to the work sample rather than the full text of the work sample in the

proposal? Alternatively, may we include the work sample as an attachment at the end of the proposal rather

than between the “Executive Summary, Experience, Qualifications and Personnel” and “References” sections?

Response: Yes, a link or attachment at the end is acceptable.
