The Network Contracting Office (NCO) 8 is seeking a business to provide Brand Name, 20 Cysto Nephro Videoscope; CYF-VH to the VA Medical Facility, VA Caribbean Healthcare System. Businesses may respond by submitting a qualifications letter including the following information: Company Name, Address, Point of Contact, Phone Number, Email, Unique Entity Identifier Code, Socio-Economic Category (i.e., SDVOSB, VOSB, HUBZone, etc), Federal Supply Schedule Contract Number if applicable, and a capability statement to the requirement. Provide evidence your business can provide the requested items to include past/and or current contracts for the same requirement, and any other compelling evidence to help the Government determine your company s capabilities.
