Description
Construction of the Demorest City Hall Parking Lot in Demorest, Georgia.
The award of this bid proposal, if awarded, shall be based on several criteria including prices bid, contractor qualifications, references, and experience in similar work.
The Project generally consists of, but is not limited to:

¿ Storm drainage improvements
¿ Underground detention system
¿ Concrete curb and gutter
¿ Concrete sidewalks and ADA ramps
¿ Asphalt paving
¿ Pavement striping
