Municipal Virtual Net Metering (VNM) Offtake Solar Developer
The Town of Stratford (Town) is seeking proposals from qualified solar developers to provide municipal Virtual Net Metering (“VNM”) offtake from a solar photovoltaic clean energy system or systems in United Illuminating (“UI”) territory that will offset up to 5,300,000 kWh/year of the Town’s electrical load. The System(s) would participate in Year 4 of the Non-residential Renewable Energy Solutions program (NRES Program), with VNM for State, Agricultural, and Municipal (“SAM”) properties, administered by UI. ***DO NOT SUBMIT BIDS ELECTRONICALLY***
