2025-032 Yellow Creek & Woodworth Park Construction

The Cherokee County Board of Commissioners Purchasing Department (County) is requesting competitive sealed proposals in support of Cherokee County Recreation & Parks for construction of two parks, meeting the specifications and as described herein.
Yellow Creek Conservation Area & Trails ¿ Located at 1447 Yellow Creek Road, Ball Ground GA 30107, Yellow Creek Conservation Area & Trails will be a 538-acre passive park. This phase of the project will focus on construction of the park entrance, two (2) parking lots and trailheads, installation of a prefabricated restroom building, and maintenance facility.
Woodworth Park ¿ Located at 2700 Old Hwy 92, Acworth, GA 30102, the first phase of Woodworth Park will include park entrances, parking, prefabricated restroom building, trails, open lawn and a maintenance facility.
