Project Description: Norwich Public Utilities (NPU) is soliciting statements of qualifications from Engineering Consulting firms to provide On-Call Professional Services in planning, surveying, design, information technology, construction contract administration, resident inspection and general technical support for the following major service areas and other Drinking Water Improvement Projects identified in the updated Capital Improvement Project (CIP): 1. Water Treatment Facilities 2. Water Distribution Systems 3. Booster and Reducing Stations 4. Tanks and Storage Facilities
